Boss Targets Tailoring With New Campaign Starring Aaron Pierre

BOSS is putting tailoring “at the core of its brand expression” for AW26 with a new global campaign fronted by British actor and BOSS ambassador Aaron Pierre, together with American model Grace Elizabeth.
The ‘Be Your Own BOSS’ campaign film and accompanying imagery, shot by Matthew Brooks, follows Pierre and Elizabeth through the streets of London, dressed in “impeccably tailored looks fit for the modern world”, whether for the office or more laid-back settings.
Aaron Pierre said: “A BOSS suit feels like an instant upgrade in confidence. I’m excited to be part of a campaign that proves tailoring does not have to be reserved for milestone moments – it can give you that final touch of style and strength whenever you need it to. Above all, it’s about an attitude. Nobody does this quite like BOSS.”
Continuing the campaign’s storytelling, actress Victoria Pedretti, NFL quarterback Jaxson Dart, and two Olympic athletes — swimmer Wang Shun and runner Alica Schmidt — will front a series shot across London, New York, Hangzhou and Berlin.
Each talent returns to places that shaped them, and the campaign will be supported by a 360-degree marketing campaign amplified through outdoor advertising in key cities around the world.

While the brand emphasizes the versatility of its garments for daily wear, the timing of this push comes as the company undergoes significant corporate changes. Last week saw Frasers Group increase its stake in Hugo Boss to 47.89% after further shareholder acceptance of its takeover offer, bringing the retail group close to majority ownership of the German luxury fashion brand.
Earlier this month, Hugo Boss appointed Daniel Kearns as Head of Design for BOSS BY BECKHAM, reuniting the menswear designer with David Beckham after their earlier collaboration at Kent & Curwen.
Based in London, Kearns will oversee collection creation and design, alongside merchandising and branding, from initial concept through to execution. He will work closely with Beckham, with his first collection scheduled for AW27.
Modern fashion marketing often relies on star power to convey a specific lifestyle, yet the durability of a tailored silhouette remains the most consistent selling point. When a brand like BOSS promotes its suits as something to be worn for more than just formal occasions, it relies on the physical construction of the clothing to back up the claim. The narrative of confidence and style works only because the garments themselves provide the structure to support the wearer, regardless of the setting.
